Perhaps because it wasn't true. I was the project leader for DSEE 4 HCM and architect of DSEE 5. ClearCase was created by my former Apollo colleagues who created the Atria startup when they grew frustrated with HP's pace in approving their ideas for "Son of DSEE." (What happened to DSEE itself is a different issue.)
